Little Caesars in Waukegan

“I placed an order by 5:29pm went at 6:10 to pick them up. When checking in for my order I was told by the staff that my order was never started because they were behind on orders. And I was told to be back by 7pm it should be ready. I went back at 7pm. Went back at 7pm. The employee told me again that my order was never started and to come back in an hour. It was just a waste of time. I wait so long for my order to be ready to spend another hour. So, I cancel my order. Horrible services and staff.“

“I had ordered an extra most bestest pepperoni two days before writing this review. The pizza was absolutely perfect. Lots of pepperoni, a good amount of cheese and sauce. The crust though, was absolutely perfect. Golden brown, crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside.However there are times where I've ordered from this location and received inedible pizza. It's very difficult to get a hold of the manager there at times. So I suppose it's hit or miss. I would advise to try to order pick up when you can, that way if there is an issue they can solve it on site.“
