“This branch is OK but for some reason the LC app seems to send a disproportionate amount of traffic here; the result AFAICT is that the Douglas location never seems busy at all and the Durand location sometimes gets more orders than they can handle (and as other reviews point out, sometimes it really shows). Still, I think a lot of the super low ratings here are unfair; many of the factors working against this location are not their fault and most of the time I get good food reasonably quickly. If you do tend to have difficulty with the Durand location during peak hours, you can order from the Douglas location using GrubHub now.“
