I've been working in Waukegan for about 3 weeks now and like to grab McDonalds for my lunch around 11pm-1am. On my very first visit I was told that the ice cream machine was broken so I couldn't get any shakes. Well after numerous visits I decided to try another one further away where I was finally able to get a shake. When I told them what was going on at the other McDonalds I was told, "Their machine isn't broken, especially for that long. They just don't want to make them."...read full review

way too many people asking for money & washing up in the rest room , fries are always short & cold..numerous times they can only except cash during late night hours
