Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Reviews
Made a mobile order for dinner pickup tonight as my husband is working late so I’m on my own with my 4 year old and newborn. Ordered a 6 pc nugget kids meal for my daughter who had everything but her toy.
I ordered a 12 pc nugget meal with mashed potatoes and gravy… I got some measly tenders with a line biscuit.
When I called to tell them she asked me to bring the food back because she had to see as she personally watched it be made, treating me like a liar. After...read full review
Very disappointed yet again, ordered three times in the last 7 weeks, spend about $65 each time and think ok maybe it’s a one time that it’s off so I call and let the staff know. They don’t really care, say they won’t give free food, say if I can’t find the receipt they can’t help and tonight the manager told me to bring a piece of chicken back so she can see what’s wrong with it? Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is a restaurant that has received mixed reviews. Some customers have praised the fast service and the taste of the blackened chicken. Recently, David was highlighted for providing the best customer service, showing kindness even during late hours. However, there have been ongoing issues with orders not being followed correctly. One customer mentioned their daughter receiving a chicken sandwich that was mostly crunchy, which echoes past complaints.
While the food, including the wings, fries, mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes, has been described as fresh and delicious, the organization of the staff could use improvement. One customer’s experience with the Tailgate Promotion was disappointing, as they received all bone-in wings and did not get the promised dipping sauces. The size, temperature, and freshness of the food have been questioned, with one customer’s spicy chicken sandwich and 3-piece wing dinner considered not worth the $23 price. This location needs improvement in following instructions and ensuring the quality of their food.
