“Best place to get fresh local sausages. They have a large variety of sausages. You can buy them uncooked go or dine there and they will grill them for you. The jalapeño cheddar and greek sausages made with lamb are two of our favorites. They have tasty bakery bread you can buy to go with the meats.“

“Had a phenomenal time talking and eating at this wonderful deli!! Extremely kind people!! The food was amazing. I had the double turkey and cheddar on a fresh Kaiser roll and chicken and dumpling soup. Great drink selection. They have Hungarian delicacies also.“
“Got some polish rye, kabanosy, some raspberry brownie bakery items and chicken noodle soup. All was good except the soup. Tasted weak like dill pickle water and a chicken bouillon cube, no chicken whatsoever. I've had other items that are good, like cucumber salad, the potato pancakes are the bomb with apple sauce and sour cream, the cabbage rolls aren't bad, flavor of meat is good but it's served with some generic tomato soup. I prefer more flavor however I know polish foods can have less of a flavor punch. Regardless I've found many items I like so I'll definitely keep going there.“

“I have been craving a place with great Polish food and I think that I found it!! The tripe soup was fantastic!! So we're the golabki and bigos! It reminded me of my late mother's cooking along with both grandmothers. Keep up the good work. If you ever need a taste tester, I am available!!!??“

“$30 for two sandwiches w/ fries and it was very much worth it! The food smelled amazing before we even opened the containers.I got a turkey panini w/ sweet potato fries and my partner got the pastrami rueban w/ regular fries. Waited about 15 minutes. Food was absolutely delicious!“
“Obsessed with this place. Friendly, fresh deli. Aside from the deli, the products are overwhelmingly authentic. Prices are inexpensive for what you're getting.Love love love. My in-laws are amazed at the authenticity and how amazing the food is. ?“
“I love this place. My dad is German and we love European snacks. They have turkish delight , they have Kvass, they have the Nicolas the 2nd tea. It's like a mix of European goods. Honest this little place is a hidden gem. Also they have European style meats. It really is amazing.“

“Was on the hunt for decent bagels in the suburbs since going into the city for a bagel is not always ideal. I stumbled upon this place and am so happy I found it! No, the bagels are not a replica of a NYC bagel but for conveniently being in the suburbs, I'm not mad at it. I loved it actually. I am speaking of their bagels as an individual and not comparing it to others. With that in mind, I would give them an 8/10. Their staff is always so warm, welcoming and cheerful. They do have a drive thru which is great. Yes the wait may be long for a drive thru but keep in mind it's made to order so I don't really mind that. I've tried several bagels from here including blueberry, chocolate chip, cinnamon raisin (my fave), onion bagel with Lox cream cheese, everything bagel and a bacon egg and cheese on everything bagel. It hits every time and has yet to disappoint me. This place is easy and has become a new weekend morning go to for me.“

“Great lunch spot in downtown Wheaton for a quick bite. The sandwiches are a very good and generous sized. I really like the grinders and panini when I want a hot sandwich. Great service & staff! There is outdoor seating so we can bring our dog when the weather is nice. It can get crowded on weekends around lunchtime, especially in the warmer months.Parking: Plenty of street parking is available if you can find a spot. During busy times in Wheaton, I recommend the free parking garage, it is centrally located and only minutes walk to any of the attractions. It is maybe a 2 minute walk to the deli.Kid-friendliness: Kids love eating here! Lots of families visit Shane's because of the very kid friendly menu.“

“My wife and I live out of town, and we were visiting friends in Geneva for the weekend. What a cool restaurant! Comfortable environment and delicious food. I also enjoyed the local art on the walls. What stood out most to us was their level of service. After my wife received our sandwich on multigrain bread, she realized she had forgotten to ask if the bread had any tree nuts, due to her allergy. At first we asked the staff and they were unsure. So they remade her a new sandwich on a different bread at their expense. Several minutes later, the manager comes to our table having found the ingredients list to let us know there were no nuts in the bread. The manager really went the extra mile and put our minds at ease knowing an allergic reaction would not happen. Many thanks to you for the extra efforts! Happy holidays!P.S. the peanut butter cookies were amazing!!“
“My wife and I ordered from this location for the first time today. We used to only go to the rolling meadows location, but since we moved this one is closer for us. The staff who helped us was amazing & we had such a pleasant experience! They helped us get the best deal and made the whole process even better for us! This location is very very clean and organized which was a plus too! Of course the ham and sides we got were amazing (as always) and we will be back soon!“

“Quick service. Delicious food. Prices average for these days. Had the Angie Italian sub. Husband had the pastrami sandwich. We shared fries and fried pickles. Fries could have been cooked a little longer, but everything else tasted yummy. Sub reminds me of Hero's subs that used to be in the city off Addison, across from Lane Tech. Yum yum!“
