I got bulk buckwheat and barley (which is actually difficult to find around me) and teas and meats — German salami which almost no one has & Ukrainian sausage. Danish blue cheese for $10.99 / lb — almost twice that at Whole Foods. I had some kind of ground pork stuffed pastry made there and when heated up at home — was delicious. I’d heartily recommend and as for the person who got an expired Diet Coke — really????? That wasn’t even food when it started.“

“Last night after a long hiatus we stopped into Mortons In Rosemont! I have eaten at the Original on State street so I wasn't sure what to expect. I believe we showed up a few minutes before they opened for dinner.... Our mistake after shopping at the Fashion Outlets nearby. We realized that we were the 1st there and felt bad! However we were immediately greeted and welcomed in! We were seated and waited on by Suzanne whom was obviously a pro at her job! We did their Porter Steak Dinner that's literally enough for 2 huge guys, and we had the most amazing experience! I eat at many fine restaurants but this was a wonderful time and fabulous meal. Suzanne just made us feel comfortable and like we were regulars! I'm sure we will be back soon! 5 stars ++++++“

“After Vesecky (bakery) in Berwyn closed several months ago, preceeded by the loss of Bohemian Crystal (restaurant) about a year earlier; we thought it was no longer worth the 3+ hr drive up to the Chicago suburbs to satisfy our Czech food cravings. We were wrong; as finding this little gem was such a fortunate happenstance. The cream of mushroom soap is wonderful, the breaded pork tenderloin excellent, the strudel addictive, the kolacky tasty, etc etc etc... And; they have jaternice, cream sausage, head cheese, etc. all of which is virtually non-existent in mid-north Indiana. This is the type of east-European ethnic deli/eatery that is becoming harder and harder to find; thank goodness we spotted it. If one enjoys Czech cuisine, this is a "must" visit.“

“We are from Iowa, but our boys play hockey in Chicago. Every time they are at or near bensenville, we make a stop to Joey C’s. The sandwiches are amazing and the bread is to die for. Our favorite spot in all of Chicago, hands down. Great service too.“

They even have a little salad bar area where you can build your own plate and the options there are tasty! Turkey panini or the Italian sub is probably are go to orders.“

I'm flying by. I love our food. Despite the reviews, I was in the store today and took some food, and honestly everything was super and fresh, plus the saleswoman was a very nice woman, she explained everything and showed me, I paid $12 for three dishes. How to cook at home .I will come again

“Honestly, I come here at least twice a week for lunch and it never disappoints. The sandwiches are absolutely loaded—they definitely don't skimp on the meat.

My go-to is the Turkey Club, but honestly, everything I've tried has been solid. The bread is always super fresh, which makes a huge difference. Plus, the staff is incredibly fast and friendly, even when they're slammed during the noon rush.

Prices are totally reasonable for the portion sizes you get nowadays. If you're looking for a quick, no-nonsense, delicious lunch spot, this is it. 10/10 recommend!“

Lynn found a place for my mom to sit down, asked if she could call someone, brought mom's cart to a checkout, bagged her groceries, got the payment from Mom, and helped her to her car!!!!!
