“The store is managed by a couple of individuals who handle all aspects of the business, from taking orders to packaging and prepping the food.

Everything felt just right up until we ordered a pack of donuts. One of the employees began packing donuts in a haphazard manner, stacking multiple donuts into a single box, they could hardly fit into the box— quite clumsy and unhygienic!

With that said, the cappuccino we ordered was prepped sooner than we knew it and tasted great.

Overall, the facilities were clean, well-maintained, and organized.“

“Great staff Monday through Friday. However, staff on Saturdays blows!!! Always opening late. I’m sitting here at the speaker as I type here. Says on this site that there open but I’ve been sitting here for nearly 10 mins with nothing. Get rid of the weekend staff!!!!!“

“I’ve been coming here off and on for the past 20 years. The past five years, they have done an amazing job improving the quality of their product. My 10-year-old daughter also likes going and picking out all the specialty donuts here. Whenever you buy a dozen donuts, they always throw in a few extras. Been extremely happy with them.“

“I was driving through downtown St. Charles early last week when my eye caught this one of a kind Donut joint and I had to make a stop to check it out. Since this was my first time here, I had to try couple of stuff. With the help of one of the nicest employees Mari, I ended up getting some Donuts and a sandwich to go. The food tasted great. The place was very clean and well kept. I will be going back there again with some friends.“

“This cafe has been on my to go list for a long time as it is about an hour away from where I live. I was greeted by a super friendly and bubbly staff member and was ready to answer any questions I had. I was able to try the majority of their donuts (choco crunch, madagascar vanilla, cookies and cream, ube, and strawberry milk cream). Omg, they were all so fresh and delicious and had a generous filling portion size! I would highly recommend keeping the donuts away from direct sunlight. I kept them in my car for too long, so they melted, but they still were so delicious! When I went, the soft serve machines were not working, so I wasn't able to try the sort serves. I will be coming back again and am looking forward to trying their other donut flavors, the soft serves flavors, and the beverages! The atmosphere was very comfy, cute, and ample seating. I'm so happy I came here!“
