“The store is managed by a couple of individuals who handle all aspects of the business, from taking orders to packaging and prepping the food.
Everything felt just right up until we ordered a pack of donuts. One of the employees began packing donuts in a haphazard manner, stacking multiple donuts into a single box, they could hardly fit into the box— quite clumsy and unhygienic!
With that said, the cappuccino we ordered was prepped sooner than we knew it and tasted great.
Overall, the facilities were clean, well-maintained, and organized.“
“The coffee arrived steaming, with a bold aroma that lifted the mood instantly. The flavor carried a gentle balance of bitterness and sweetness, making each sip smooth. The staff greeted with genuine friendliness and served quickly. The finish left a pleasant note that lingered. Overall, a cup that felt comforting and worth repeating“

“Pros:
1) Very freindly staff (Casheer at window was great).
2) Quick order processing.
3) Drive Through: Easy to understand/hear, and fast line.
4) Order was correct: At other D&D loctions it's not always
5) Handicapped Parking aviable
6) Easily seen from road & on 1st floor
Cons (Minor, and due to Rt-59 not D&D):
1) Entrance: If coming South on Rt-59, you need to go EAST on North Ave, then go back North into a mall and circle back. This isn't really a "fault" of this D&D, since Rt-59 is a "divided Highway", and there is an entrance on Rt-59 if you were going NORTH (or West on North Ave).
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking.
I only visited the drivethrough, so I can't speak to the front door with accessibility.“
“Great staff Monday through Friday. However, staff on Saturdays blows!!! Always opening late. I’m sitting here at the speaker as I type here. Says on this site that there open but I’ve been sitting here for nearly 10 mins with nothing. Get rid of the weekend staff!!!!!“
