“I'm fairly new to firehouse.
I like the fact they are different from the other sub shops.
The cleanliness of this store is questionable at best. This is over 6 visits, so I didnt just catch them on a bad day.
Visit and clean your bathrooms more.
Wipe down tables and counter so they are not sticky.
And most of all.
Take the time to clean the hot sauce station. The bottle tops are full of sticky and crust sauces and most of the bottles are empty.
Two employees... one watching the other work. Probably a manager. Take the time to remove the lids of the sauses and drop them into hot soapy water and dry with a clean towel. Replace the empty bottles. Wipe the bottles off.
Gross.
The novelty may not bring me back based on dirty conditions.“
