Ordered a simple pink SPRINKLED donut and got a pink donut with like 10 sprinkles!! So sad there were not more sprinkles .

Update: Management contacted me and handled this with grace.

Online it says it opens at 4am, on the app it says the location is open. I placed an order at 4:23 am and headed over to the location. All the lights were on so I went to the drive thru. Where no one responded. I went to cancel my order which now says it has been picked up. I watched 3 employees rush into the lot and sit in their cars for another 20 mins. As one got out of the car at 445 I said excuse me and she walked quickly away and rushed inside. I've never been to a worse dunkin in my life. They should truly think about shutting this location down as there are 2 others in town. Never coming here again

Employees need better customer service training. I placed a mobile DRIVE thru order. Pulled in and claimed they were still working on and requested i got back around thru the line to give them time.. I literally order ONE WAKE UP WRAP? Instead i parked and went inside and there my order was, waiting in the walk-in area.

No point in mobile order, they just park you in front for 20 minutes while drive thru and walk ins get taken care of immediately. I ordered 20 min before I arrived and nobody was in drive thru and I was told i needed to be parked. After waiting, I walked in and saw my order sitting at the counter COLD.

Marjhellybelly Fun

Came through the drive thru(Saturday 13th at 4:06) and made the order. The person sounded irritated and didn't want to be there just because we made an order. Gave us a watered down order of coffee and iced coffee. Hoping the service and drinks being made will be better no matter what time it is in the day.

This is the absolute gold standard when it comes to DD locations. My dogs beg me to take them here every Saturday. I was once 5-6 miles deep on a walk and they recognized me from the sidewalk and brought him out some water. Ownership takes pride in this place and it shows.

I recommend not to got this place until they plan to improve.
I went to Dunkin donuts and asked for munchkins. While she was collecting it from the front storage/display area, I found multiple fruit flies flying on top of munchkins. So I told her that I do not want it because there are fruit flies. She was very normal and infact she already knew about it. No apology or no intention tell customer that we will make sure it does not happen next time. After reading my comment, if someone having donuts or munchkins, then it will be on your own health risk. Thank you!

The building have mices and have a bad smell that can't get fix there manager named Jason he train me one time and thought I was going to remember everything he didn't even let me know I can make my own drink and eat on clock he talks aggressive and if he don't want me to understand something of what he's saying he will start talking Spanish remember everybody that work there understand English
