“We came in an hour before they closed (not realizing because it was 7pm on a Saturday night so we thought they would be open later) so they were obviously starting to do their clean up for the night. Anyone who has worked in customer services knows in that last hour you just want to get out of there and may not have the best attitude when customers come in lol. The staff we interacted with were so pleasant and got us our food quickly which tasted delicious! We got the new loaded bowls (we tried the Nashville Hot Loaded Fries and Korean BBQ Mac&Cheese) which were well portioned, had a nice presentation, and very tasty. Kudos to the staff that were there that treated us so kindly and I would highly recommend the new bowls that just came out.“
“I will give fast food places some grace. Not expecting 5 star service but being just blatantly rude is crazy to me. I pull up and notify them I had a mobile order and a woman responded that they got my order 16 seconds ago and so it obviously wasn’t ready. All I said was I had an order. A gentleman then popped in and asked me nicely to park and I could come inside. It just felt unnecessary to be spoken to that way. I didn’t wait long for my food and got it fast and correctly which I appreciate. I know everyone has a bad day but it’s not right to take it out on customers.“
