“Jose was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! He gave such AMAZING customer service! I’ve never been to this exact location before and called ahead twice to make sure they had what I wanted since it was very close to closing time. Other KFC’s I’ve been to have a limited menu so close to closing. He was very helpful and had what I wanted. I drove over there and he was just as nice in person as over the phone. 10 STARS FOR JOSE!!“

The wait time was a little longer than expected ⏳, but since I visited on a Friday evening, it was understandable. I’ve actually been there twice now, and both times the food quality was consistent and enjoyable 👍.

“I went for lunch (around 2:10pm) through drive thru and the young man taking the orders has one of the best customer service I ever had at KFC. I just wanted a chicken breast but he mentioned how I can save money if I just got the meal. Very well spoken too. Once I got to the window they were fast and he even asked me how my day was. I loved his service , by the way the chicken was fresh and crispy. I will def return.“

“Atmosphere? I use the drive thru? but the lot is interesting at 95 and stony. Food; Always hot and fresh. Good staff. One of the consistant KFCs around. Haven't gotten bad yet, like others. Seems some owners hold product too long, i understand kfc high food costs but id rather wait and get good than pay tons for crap i will return for refund, and not come back. But this location HAS ALWAYS BEEN REALLY GOOD!

“I give it a 4 because on my granddaughters' grad was at night and when we came out we were all hungry for a fast quick dinner we stopped at KFC at 10:30 they were honest and told me they had ran out of chicken but if we were willing to wait they would make us some they took a little longer then expected but they compensated us with a extra and our stomachs were happy and we were a happy clients.“

So I drove to this one the manager was extremely friendly and helpful she has a great personality and the young lady working with the colorful hair was on point and had my order made and up in no time. “I should’ve came to the reviews before I came to his location. The manager is sitting in the lobby, eating with Somebody she knows I’m assuming I’m at the drive-through it’s 10 o’clock. I’m calling no answer. I finally get an answer and she says oh our cook just got here. We won’t be serving nothing till 11. How is it true the manager you’re sitting down eating but you’re a cook just got here make it make sense like let people make these people. Bussiness look so bad. why the stove is even opening. “I think the renovation must have cut in to their HR budget because I have NEVER had a worse experience at this location and this was my 1st visit since they closed to renovate. We went to the drive thru as one car just finished ordering and the only other car in front of us pulled up to order. We sat there while they "ordered"? for a solid 5 minutes. They were still there when we parked to go in and order bc it was nuts for it to take that long. We parked, walked in, it was empty, one guy was at the drive thru window and there was no one else to be seen. We waited another 4 mins before I started saying "hello? Excuse me, we'd like to order?" 2 mins later some employee walked up with no urgency, seemingly annoyed, never apologized, asked for our order. Took our order as 2 other folks walked in, 1 had a mobile order and the other 2 were dining in. We waited 10 mins for a quesadilla, a small mashed potato and a drink which is self serve. The lack of customer service, respect or urgency was disgusting. When we got our $15 order 10 mins later and we thanked him, he almost didn't even say anything but mumbled "welcome" as we were turning to leave. They should be appalled. Service was better before the decor was the focus. Will not be returning. Stay away.“
