I ordered a large shrimp and a large perch. I ask both to be fried soft. The shrimp were put the perch was hard. I was very disappointed because, l told this person how good everything there was very good. To top it off l said, they make it like you want. Need to say l was disappointed and so were they. Food cost to much money not to enjoy what you ordered. This was Saturday around 5:30 p.m. so it was not crowded. Why could they get half right and the other half
I was so excited to see this Lawrence's open up in the burbs. I stop by whenever I can. The shrimp is just how I remember it from the original location. And the fries are the absolute best I've ever had anywhere. We always get two large orders! It's a little pricey but what isn't nowadays. The staff is always friendly, warm and welcoming. And the restaurant is very clean. Definitely worth the trip from the further out burbs.
