I came back after 17 years and the flavor is still the same! This time I brought my husband and daughters to try these delicious dishes, and they loved them just as much as I did. Their favorite dish: Burrito with guac. Mine: soft tacos. The staff was attentive and everything was clean.

My husband and I were there on 4/11/25 and we both ordered burrito bowls, and we got white rice. The rice was very undercooked, it was hard. We both couldn’t not finish our bowls and my husband was excited to eat because he hasn’t eaten much all day. Also when order a salad the cashier should be told and to make sure I am given the vinaigrette dressing. I as a customer should not have to ask for it.

Consistently let down by the place. A young woman at the cash register seemed anything less than interested in ringing up my order, didn’t say anything to me as I waited to pay. No total, no receipt, nothing. Chicken was unbelievably gummy and rice was hard/undercooked. Been coming to this location for years, but as of late has gone completely downhill. Will take my business elsewhere.
Worst costumer service, the girl behind the counter was very rude and rushed me, i was the only person in the restaurant.

Lowkey I’ve lived in westmont 30 years and this chipotle has been so trash for so long it’s ridiculous. Ordered today just because I was on a time limit and shouldn’t have. I ordered a burrito. I live exactly 4mins away. Open it up tortilla stale. How sway.

The lobby area was NASTY, garbage cans overflowing with trash. Table and floors was cover with food (rice) and no forks or napkins were stocked. With the amount of employees that were in the kitchen the mgr should have made sure that the lobby was being attended to. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
