This is the 3rd time we came here. We had good experience the first two times. However, the 3rd time is horrible. The biggest taboo for dim sum is freshness. We ordered five items and two of them were clearly not fresh! The fried taro filling had ammonia smell. It is probably been sitting for a while. I can understand that this dish can take a while to make. They didn’t give us replacement but instead saying they will stop selling that for today! The next dish was the lotus leave wrapped rice. The dish also came out cold in the middle. Someone clearly was rushing it! It is sad that a restaurant can’t maintain the quality! I don’t think I am coming back. Like I said the freshness of dim sum is the most important. Cutting corners on that will be the downfall!

The service was hideous. We had a7 diners . It took over an hour to complete the service and the restaurant was close to busy. I’m a type two diabetic a tasked for substitution for the rice. They said “no”. When I said that more veggies would do, they said NO. He plate arrive with the normal veggie chicken serving with a big empty place where the rice would normally be placed.
Go next door to the international mall.

I had to give this place a one star… because one of the workers went to the bathroom and didn’t wash her hands. Then walked directly back into the kitchen. Food was good…. But now I’m scarred.
