We went to eat today the food is ok, the service is bad. My husband asked for a beer, the glass was duty and the lady went to rinse the glass and wipe it down with a napkin. I asked if the had another glass, and she wipe the glass for a second time. The lady was rude and made us feel like we are bothering her. It took another person to help with the order. The Sushi Nova in Orland is 10 times better with food and service.

They got the order ALL WRONG. They gave us stuff we didnt order, they gave us the wrong amount too. I love this sushi branch, Sushi-Nova is absolutely great. This place in particular is disgraceful to their brand

Found a rat here… sushi was all right. Ratatouille must’ve been cooking it.
In all seriousness service is very bad sushi is not amazing and we really did find her back and once we saw it, they gave us a free fruit Basket to try to make it up to us, but they are lucky. We didn’t call food services.
Came here after a work out because I was starving. Sushi is always my to. The fish was fresh and the miso was comforting on a cold day. The crab rangoon was sweet, but savory. I am real happy with my visit. :)

The menu is vary vast and there are numerous sushi options and they offer an all you can eat sushi deal. I had the shrimp tempura meal and overall was good but the friend onions were undercooked. Kudos to the hostess who was the only one taking orders, bringing the food and checking on the customers-she was awesome!! The atmosphere was comfy and there was ample space.
