What a nightmare! 2 guys at the register can't figure out the app and ring my order up wrong. Overcharges me $3 and one guy claims prices went up. He lies. He overcharged me! I waited for a manager to straighten it out as food went completely cold!
Last time here, soda machine messed up. Soda like warm with no ice. Asked for ice and eventually got 3 cubes! I'm done with this place. Wendy's should have closed this one instead of Willowbrook.

Wendy’s implementing AI drive thrus is the most end-times decision a fast food chain could make. The employees at this location rock, food is solid. Get rid of the robot overlords, they take our order wrong and I hate being a recorded training method for their AI.

Terrible service. You would think with the order taken position being ai now they would have more people to make stuff....nope showed up at 3:30 took 10 minutes to get through the line of 3 people. Can't even make a burger right either in all that time.

This place never fails came last night ordered a spicy chicken meal said only cheese , nothing else … even said that in their new fancy machine that takes your order , but guess what when I get home I not only have everything in the sandwich but the bun too and bottom are so hard it’s like they were sitting out for a week . Also the older women who took my order tonight never gave me a receipt or asked if I wanted one guess I know why now . You guys gotta do better with the increases of food and cost of living and everything else the least you can do is give people the right order when they pay for it with hard earned money ! This is not the first time this has happened it happens quite often at THIS location after 10pm

today is March 18th there is a guy working here he is very aggressive if you tell him something he asks the second and third quarters of the races and jokes around he is probably Mexican I don't know but make a remark to him

So I thought I'd give Wendy's another try after a long hiatus, and well, after a year plus staying away, I see there is no improvement in food quality. I ordered a simple Wendy's classic and a chicken sandwich. I ordered through the app, and the order was ready when I arrived through drive thru, the CSR at the window was friendly and pleasant. I pulled into a parking spot to consume. Both sandwiches were horrible, absolutely no taste. I went to Wendy's only to give my jaws some exercise. Where do Wendy's shop for their food.... Aldi's? I'M DONE!!!!
