Solid bar good, consistently good.
The big thing, for me is, their dubbel they brew. I drink a ton of Belgian dubbels, triples and quads. Finding an American brewed version that's any good is basically impossible. Victory and allagash do an ok triple I'll buy if they're on tap at a bar or restaurant, but nothing I'm going to buy at a liquor store when other options are available. Service was excellent. Drinks were wicked strong. The ricotta and honey was weird and delicious, but the cheese curds were about the same as overcooked A&W.
Lovely place with great service, food and atmosphere. Grace and Forrest were very welcoming.

Whiskey Hill Brewery & Kitchen offers a solid dining experience with a variety of flavorful beers and a lively atmosphere. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. While the food is good overall, it may not be exceptional. The comfortable setting makes it a suitable choice for casual gatherings or special occasions. However, the uncomfortable bar stools could use some improvement.
