Now seems to be permanently closed. I don't get this place. Its owned by the same folks that run Yu's Mandarin in Schaumburg, but the food here is not even close to that of the Schaumburg place. Can't figure that out.

Paid full price for my order and received reheated, soggy, and blandly-flavored chicken. I even went as far as to ask for no veggies or anything else to almost ensure that it was fresh and hot yet it’s weakly above room temperature upon delivery and yes they gave us a credit after calling. This should not have happened. If I wanted reheated food I would’ve gone to the refrigerator and warmed some up myself instead of paying for delivery.

The food is is really really good. The customer service i experienced from the Asian gentleman was pleasant. Even though i had a take out order. The restaurant looks really nice. It very nice to see a business that has everything on point. It's a lot of great businesses around anymore. I will definitely recommend this place Trust me

This was such a great experience! I am very particular about Mandarin food and I was very happy. The atmosphere was perfect, the staff was pleasant and the service was fast. I even made it back on time from lunch!
We went there because my parents went to the one in Schaumburg and loved it. The Westmont location was nothing like the other one. Not sure why but was extremely disappointing ☹️. We walked in and the restaurant was empty which was a big red flag. The service wasn't the best either. We were not even offered tea we had to ask for it and when we did she didn't even give us sugar I had to get up and get it myself. They also never asked us if we needed anything else or even how everything was, I'm guessing they knew what our response would be terrible! If could I'd give it negative stars. I don't see how they are even open but I imagine it won't be for long. Worst food ever!! It didn't even look fresh and most definitely didn't taste fresh. It's was 5 of us and was definitely not worth how expensive it was. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! go the the Schaumburg location it's worth The drive.

A nice suburban restaurant for authentic Chinese food. The three cup chicken was tasty. Beware that it takes time to make it from scratch. Order other dishes while waiting such as appetizers. It has a a distinct taste like no other dish.
