This is the BEST Starbucks in DuPage County! The baristas are always positive and smiling. And they are fast and efficient. A big thank you to the Geneva Rd. Starbucks team for working so hard to give the customers a terrific experience. All of you are rock stars! ⭐😊
I’ve visited this location four times in my two trips to the area. They’ve always done a superb job! The team there is upbeat and friendly!

Starbucks Coffee Company offers good customer service and drinks. Customers find the drive‑thru fast, even with many cars. A barista is polite and friendly, greeting guests and making drinks. The store has comfortable arm chairs and a clean, organized interior. Inside seating is available and the staff says “have a nice day” when customers leave. A pick‑up order can include a chocolate croissant and an iced latte decaf. When a customer had a wrong latte, the barista helped without problem. A single mom with a child was patient and even comped the order for “inconvenience,” showing compassion. Parking can be confusing but the store is still easy to find. Overall, the coffee shop is welcoming, clean, and making it a good place to visit again.
