Update:
I went a second time to try more things. I wouldn't recommend the potato pancakes. I don't know if it was an off day but the potatoes were dry, like they were left out for too long and then fried.
But the belly lox sandwich was amazing! On the salty side but that's how we like it. It came with a side of potato salad which was also amazing.

Previous review:
The food was good but not great. The bagel and cream cheese were good and standard but the pastrami hash and eggs were okay with not a lot of flavor. I'll definitely go back to try different Bagels and other items.

Delicious Garlic Bagel was the choice of the day. Very soft inside even while toasted. Cream cheese was a generous portion and it was only $5& change for the bagel and a 16oz coffee in a to go cup which was nice to take with me. ? I’m from Michigan, but I would stop again. Very delicious deli options. Friendly staff that seemed to remember locals order while they walked in the door. This place has been in numerous news articles as well.

The food is absolutely outstanding here. However, the service is terrible though. I frequent this place often and I can count no less than 8 times that my order has been screwed up. Recently ordered online and I requested cheese on my scrambled eggs as an upcharge, it was ignored. I then emailed the restaurant to get a credit back but typical, no response. Oh and the interior and exterior are very grimmey and in need of an update. I will be back but only because the food is amazing.

I was very excited to try this place out. However, the potatoes for all 8 of our orders were burnt, including the potato pancakes that I was MOST excited about. The food all around was bad. Perhaps the bagels and fish salads are good, but unfortunately that is not what we ordered. The people were very nice and pleasant service all around.
