I come to Wheeling twice a year to visit my parents. We all enjoy bagels and cream cheese for breakfast, so I'll typically pick up a dozen bagels from Chicago Bagel and Bialy once while I'm here. They're usually decent, but overpriced.Today was a different story. I got there and had to wait about 20 minutes to make my order. It's Christmas morning so that's understandable. However, what's not understandable was the quality of the bagels. The dozen bagels were BLATENTLY not fresh. They were at least a day old, if not older. They felt exactly like the stray bagel that's left out for a couple days. It's a shameful way to treat your customers, especially after charging over $30 for a dozen bagels and some cream cheese.This will be the last time I ever give this place my business. I hope it was worth the money you earned today, because I'm certainly not the only one you did this to.

Me and my family used yourstore for years, this year Xmas breakfast with bagels did happen without bagels . Place my order , was an iPhone for 30 minutes, repeating and repeating again what I wanted, which was dozen and a half bagels , cream cheese and lox spread , cream, cheese, and chive spread. What I got was old , stale bagels, probably two days old , 1 pound of lox, no creamcheese, and chive cream cheese spread!!! They get the last part well .My family was very disappointed. I couldn’t serve what I promise.Will never comeback to your store again.Was very disappointed in your food and personal. Will never recommend to anyone.
