Rating 1 star was the only way google would allow me to rate this atrocious location. I lived nearby this Dunkin’ and gave it probably 5 chances purely out of convenience but every single time I was disappointed on so many levels. #1 customer service is nonexistent and wish I could just enter my orders through a robot in the drive thru. #2 they have literally told me they ran out of all creamer dairy and non-dairy. Seems like an item you want to keep on the inventory list. #3 they presented me with this gem of a bagel “with” cream cheese. I actually drove to a grocery store and picked up cream cheese to finish the job Dunkin never started. Please, everybody do yourself a favor and drive to the gas station nearby, it will seem like paradise compared to this.

Horrible -ordered thru Grub Hub. Only received part of my order, the part I did receive was wrong. Have tried calling he store 19 times with no answer. Currently waiting for the Grub Hub driver to return with hopefully the rest of my order

I thought I got lucky in the drive thru with no wait time. But it turns out all the locals stay away from this location. The latte I ordered was rancid. It was absolutely disgusting. The espresso was awful just thinking back to it I want to throw up. I also wanted to order a frozen hot chocolate but they claimed the machine was down. There were two punk kids working. One who didn't even speak English or wearing gloves. His nails were overgrown and filthy. I called back for a refund after tasting my latte and they said they didn't know how to and to call back tomorrow when a manager was present. Stay away from this location. It is atrocious.

I went this location several times in the past. Everytime I placed an order in advance and got an issue. Not complicated order at all. I gave up on this place.

It was horrible to see the person in front of me waited 15 minutes just to get there order taken then another 10 just to get their order. When it was turn to order, same thing. This place is a joke
This place is horrible. After 50 minutes of waiting we still hadn't received our whole order, after nudging and nudging the employees there it began to become very annoying and aggravating. The employees would ignore you if you tried to talk to them about their mess ups to fix it. They have no bread but instead of telling us they just don't put it in our order. The employees are ignorant, and don't care for their customers. I will never be coming back to this specific location, and neither will the guests I brought there for breakfast. This is an embarrassment to the whole Dunkin Donuts franchise.

They really need to train the employees here better. I ordered an iced macchiato through the app, and when I got there, the woman at the window didn't even seem to know what a macchiato was. My order was completely wrong and I couldn't even drink it, I ended up having to dump it down the drain. I tried calling to see if I could get a refund/new drink and they aren't even answering the phone!!!

Terrible. Today, I ordered a small hot coffee with extra cream&sugar. They gave me a coffee cold as water with no sugar in it, which I believe was a mistake order which they kept for 20-30 minutes and just gave it to me.
