Lucas is truly a Sandwich Artist. They went a above and beyond to explain things to me since I hadn't been in and there were a lot of choices. The rest of the team works really well together and it's a nice place. 5/7, perfect score.

This was my 1st time ever eating at Potbelly and what a great experience. The manager personally took care of us, patiently answered all our questions, and believe me, I had a lot :)
It felt that our sandwiches were made with love and tasted great. Amazing location with amazing people. We felt very welcomed, everyone who worked there seemed to have great and positive energy.

I don't know the sandwich Maker's name. But he was so optimistic and so positive that he turned my bad day into a great day and his recommendations to put on my sandwich, we're top tier. They definitely need to give him a raise.
