Wonderful experience! We brought our party of six to Saranello's for dinner on a Saturday evening. We were seated immediately with our OpenTable reservations. The hostess Liz was very pleasant and accommodating. Everyone including 2 children absolutely loved the food. We ordered the Arancini special and they were amazingly delicious. Check your receipt for extra food/dessert charges!! Once I brought this up to our server, he was dismissive. The event manager had to intervene on his behalf. The server never provided an apology which would of gone a long way. Despite the great food, the experience was not what we expected since we have dined there in the past.

Jo, the hostess is always there to greet you with a smile. We come in about 2 times per month, and she always remembers me by name and offers a friendly hug, and a welcoming personality.
