Starbucks in Wheeling

“Really kind and fast service. Sometimes lines are a little long, and it's a Target starbucks, so it's not the same feel. However, there are tables you can sit at and meet a friend for a drink. The drinks are the same and it's really fun/comfotable to shop while enjoying your drink.“

“I usually go to this location because of Ben the Store Manager. However, I came here today only to be met with a rude Drive-Thru Order taker by the name of Erin. Older Caucasian women whose training could be better refined with her tone of voice and delivery. The other people here are great with the exception of this older lady. Other than that it was a mediocre experience without Ben. :(“

“The team of baristas here are top notch, they work hard and have always make me feel welcomed. I’ve never had any issues like some of the other reviews mention. This is a very busy location and ticket times can vary but overall this is my favorite location.“
