Had a delicious Veal dinner with pasta alfredo. Beef Short ribs dinner was very enticing and family enjoyed it. For New Years Eve restaurant was fairly busy and diners appeared to be enjoying themselves. Has a great bar list and desserts were delicious. Recommend any of the Stefani Restaurant Group for dining out. This was Tuscany's last New Years Eve for eating at. I'm sorry to see them close after 22yrs here in Wheeling. Food was always great and service was superior.

It was a sentimental journey to dine at Tuscany Wheeling last night; they're closing their doors on January 2. I did not give it a total 5 star rating because service was unusually slow - I do understand that they were short-staffed. Dinner for two lasted 2 hours. That's never been the issue on Taylor Street! Glad to hear that many of the staff will be sent to Stefani Prime. A fond farewell!

Sadly their outdoor seating was no longer so we had to take out. At least things were packaged in mostly recyclable metal. We had a salad of beets, chestnuts, cheese and a sherry vinaigrette. Very tasty. Just great. Could be easily made plant based I think without the cheese. I didn't expect a bunch of fresh roasted garlic for the bread. Oh so good! Honestly my favorite part! The bread was a little hard somehow already but it tasted fresh. I know that kind of bread can just get hard fast. Still good. The ravioli dish was a little too heavy and rich but tasty. I loved the thin slices of pair. The sauce was different than like an Alfredo sauce. I really enjoyed a more unique flavor. Would like to see some plant based options. Was pretty good though for vegetarians and they knew right away what I could eat. Hilariously they accidentally gave my father the meal right above in the menu from what he ordered. He stumbled over the pronunciation then pointed and the host repeated back but he misheard or understood. What's hilarious about it is he accidentally got a vegetarian meal so I'm happy about it. He was pretty unhappy lol. Anyways misunderstanding was mostly on him I'd say. He still enjoyed his meal. Too bad I think this business is closing or I'd be back!

My wife and I had martinis and a wonderful premium discussion. For starters, we had beitolli with the best Italian bread in the area dipped in delicious olive oil. For our main meal we had Seabass cooked to our taste, roasted potatoes and asparagus. It was delicious. We also had a wonderful dessert, a chocolate fruit torte. Also, we were saddened to find out that this wonderful restaurant that had served us consistently great meals for 22 years was closing after New Year's. It is a great loss of fine dining in the suburbs.

The food is outstanding as always. The service was excellent, friendly and thorough. This is one of our favorite restaurants to go to regularly and we are sad to see it closing. While I am glad the staff were all offered positions elsewhere in the organization, it is too bad that Michael was not offered the same opportunity. This restaurant's staff, like most businesses, are a reflection of the leadership and management. And they are all amazing due to his leadership.

The food was all melt in your mouth excellent. Steaks juicy and perfectly cooked and tender. Veal was paper thin and delicious. Portions are very generous. Two of us split a caesar salad and could have split it with all 4 of us. The soups were both good and generous. Dessert was to die for - molten chocolate lava cake. It's a shame it's scheduled to close forever on January 2.

Love Tuscany. Fabulous food. Both the pasta (e.g., Ravioli) and the meat (e.g., Veal Chop) courses are excellent. Heard it is closing. Very, very sorry to hear this. Best Italian in the Northern suburbs. Please reconsider Phil Stefani!

As they always do, the staff at Tuscany went out of their way to make our meal special. The bone in veal parmigiana was superb as was the other dishes served. So sad they are closing in mere weeks. I will miss them.

We went for the ugly sweater contest but never found out a winner. The manager did give us free High noon hats for wearing sweaters. Which was appreciated. Our waiter was very nice as the food was very tasty. We will return.

Great service - a big basket of fresh focaccia and rustic bread arrived just after we sat down and the waiter came soon after to take our drink order. He was back in a timely manner to take the food order and the food arrived relatively quickly. While many restaurants are struggling to keep a full wait staff, Tuscany figured out how to do it and it makes a huge difference. Beet salad was fantastic- very memorable- I will come back for this dish. Sea bass special very good as well. We will be back.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere, great for family gathering!

The people at the Front Desk were not all masked, which is a violation of the rules for everyone in the restaurant and displays a disregard for diners' well-being. I will not return

We hadn't been to Tuscany in quite a while, mostly because of the pandemic. Very glad to revisit! My husband and I both ordered the mushroom soup (I think it was a special) Head spinning GOOD! He ordered the mushroom risotto, also a special that night, and I ordered the Tagliatelle Burrata e funghi. Clearly we love mushrooms! Both dishes were really outstanding. In fact, thinking of them now makes me want to go there tonight for dinner. My only very small complaint is that it is a bit too bright in the dining room. I prefer a dimmer ambience.

From Calamari appetizer to Veal Parmesan (Veal was on the bone) which filled the whole plate to Pasta stuffed with Braised short rib, everything was excellent. Waiters were very attentive and helpful deciding on menu items ordered. Desserts looked delicious but not ordered this time due to portion sizes of main courses. Always have had great food here. Well worth trip to eat here. Open Wed-Sun for dinner only still. Will return for more great food.
