Had a delightful dinner this evening at Ambi which was previously My Way Ristorante. The Ribeye and filet were done to perfection with a potato and vegetable of the day. The only disappointment for my husband was the only vegetable option this day was spinach. However the steak more than made up for it. Although small, the menu selections are interesting. We’ll definitely be dining here again.
Scott and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves tonight at this amazing restaurant and look forward to future visits. Maria was a great waitress! The atmosphere is what you dream of in a dining experience and service is amazing. The food was amazing! I loved the chicken parm sandwich and Scott loved the lasagna! Great food and excellent service. The owner, Ted, checks in on your table personally. They had some Italian specials that were not on the menu, so don't be afraid to ask. Absolutely crushes Capri in Burr Ridge and has better prices!
Ambi Bar and Grill offers fantastic food, slightly expensive but well worth it. Dishes like the Ribeye, filet, chicken parm sandwich, and lasagna are perfectly cooked and delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive, with the owner, Ted, personally checking in on tables. The atmosphere is lively and reminiscent of a good Italian restaurant, creating a dream dining experience. Customers are treated like family, and the overall experience is highly recommended. Although the menu selections are small, they are interesting, and the restaurant even offers Italian specials not on the menu. The service is amazing, and the restaurant gives out small bottles of limoncello as a nice gesture. It feels like a scene from The Sopranos in the best way possible.
