Stumbled upon this gem from an article on Illinois Family Destinations. I should have tried a skillet, as the guy next to me had one that looked killer. I've been getting a country Benedict lately the first visit to a new restaurant. It was great and the service was great too. Great family run restaurant. Nice to see they have a counter. Definitely will return for a skillet.

I am picky and I hate eating new places because of said pickiness. BUT MY bf picked this place and we were not disappointed! I got the Mexican skillet and it was delicious! My mom used to make dishes like this where my mouth was totally on fire because of the spice but this was soooo worth the spice!

Willow Springs Family Restaurant is a quiet, welcoming spot that always feels like a hidden gem. I’ve been here multiple times and try something different on each visit—every dish has been delicious, with that comforting homemade taste that makes you feel right at home.
