We are regulars at Damascus Falafel. It’s part of our weekly routine to get takeout. Damascus Falafel is always consistent, extremely flavorful, with great service. I’d recommend the shawarma bowl and falafel. We’ve been going for years and it never disappoints.

Love the food here but went in to order today and the young woman plating my food wasn't covering her nose with her mask. Someone came in after me not wearing a mask at all and they didn't even bat an eye and served him without question. I won't be returning.

I've been coming for years and just in my last visit the food was just not good. The bulger was greasy and full of oil. It literally leaked oil through the paper bowl and bag on the seat of my car. The garlic sauce was bland and lifeless. The chicken was dry, the pickles used to be the spears and now it's generic chips. The whole flavor profile of the meal was different. It used to be healthy but with all the oil in it now I can't say that it is. What the heck happened in the last month that so much has changed for the worse. Not just that but the price increased for worse quality. Honestly makes me not want to return which is sad because it used to be so amazing here. What a let down.

Atmosphere 10/10 Service 10/10 The 2 star comes strictly from my experience with the falafel sandwich. My first time here. Presentation was so deceiving. Flavor was nowhere near a decent falafel sandwich. Sorry but this was a miss. 2/10. No flavor. Tahini was not any better when I tried some extra sauce hoping it would make it better. Advice: falafel shouldn't be cut shawarma style bites. Very sloppy. But looked good.
P.S in response to the owner, adding whatever to a falafel sandwich should've have anything to do with the falafel texture and flavor. So extra parsley and adding lemon slices had nothing to do with the falafel itself. You need to listen to your customers and not justify urself. I've read multiple replies from u justifying the criticism instead of learning from them. Best of luck 👍

Dang this place was good! I had the Damascus plate with schwarma chicken and everything was delicious! IDK how they fried their fries but they were crispy and soft inside and just perfect! Generous portions and good pricing. There was a line of 5-6 people when we arrived but they made it through quickly.
