Great bathroom for people with IBS. Great proximity to highway and located at an intersection with a protected turn so you don’t have to worry about getting T-boned with your saving grace in view. Clean and played good music if you like Walk On by U2 and other dad rock jams. I wasn’t going to get anything to eat here, but I thought I deserved an ice cream for my efforts. Their ice cream machine was working so I will be stopping at another McDonald’s bathroom on the way home most likely.

Terrible Experience - One Star is Generous I’m giving this McDonald's in Burr Ridge one star because that’s the lowest I can go. This is, without a doubt, the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. Every time I visit, there’s an outrageous wait for every order. It seems like nothing is ever prepared on time, and the staff are incredibly rude When I tried asking questions about my order, the workers acted like it was a huge inconvenience. It's disappointing to see that all the tax money in this area is going towards such a poorly run establishment. Someone really needs to address these issues because this level of service is unacceptable. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
