I will never go to Portillo s ever again, this is the most discussing place ever. Every time I went there, I end up having diarrhea. They hire disgusting monkeys, who make very bad disgusting things with food. I suggest not to go to Portillo s on Kingery hwy, if you don’t wanna get sick. This Portillo s on Kingery hwy in willowbrook should be closed, before some customers end up dying.
Over the years Portillos quality of food has gone down. Many times hot dogs have been cold or overcooked and mushy. I always got the combo, the beef has really went down in taste and sausage although still good went down in size. Ribs used to be the bomb but now they are just nasty. They used to be the best, all cooked well and bbq sauce nicely cooked and gooey. Now they just splash a bit of sauce on it and throw it on grill a bit, there wasn’t even any grill marks on it. Purchased lrg drink big beef and jumbo dog what I got was a lrg sprite 2 ice cubes big bread bc there was hardly any meat on this sandwich and a cold jumbo dog. Too far to turn back around, first time going there..last time going there!
