Convito has a very varied menu and everything I've tried has been great, They also have a shop to buy some of their dishes, plus other things that look wonderful. Their salads and pastas and flatbreads and quiches are my favorites. They have special ones daily and always the dishes on the menu.' Convito did great for Easter brunch. They were busy and stayed on top of things. Food was hot and fresh. We love the Crème brûlée but I think somebody missed the mark. Seemed like an ingredient was missing. Taste wasn't right. Here and there you'd see staff congregating at the hostess stand. Bad look for a fancy North Shore establishment, but VERY attentive staff. My two friends and I had a lovely evening at Convito Cafe. All the staff with whom we interacted were very pleasant and professional, and the food was quite good. Almost best of all, they kept the music soft, and we were actually able to converse with each other without having to shout - something that is becoming increasingly difficult in many restaurants.
