Ordered a meat pizza, got plain cheese instead. No refund, just a credit for next time. (If ever.) I live a mile from the store, they say I"m out of their delivery range. Crummy response, Domino's.

Attempted to place phone order tonight Wednesday 1.17 and Aiden (automatic voice person couldn’t seem to get the order correct. I order the same thing each time 2-3 times per month. I called back and was on hold with Emma (automatic voice person number 2 this evening) and then she put me on hold. After being on hold for 5 minutes I just went into store n when asked what I would like i preceded to tell the employee that voice taking system is in need of repair or is severely messed up. He didn’t want to hear it (Wednesday 1.17 8:38 pm cst) nor listen to my issue and problem just kept asking what did I want to order. Very frustrating time with Dominoes here in Wilmette tonight

Ordered a pizza online went to pick it up just to find out that they canceled my order. No notification or anything.
Staff are great and they always do my order correctly. Have no complaints and would say they deserve all the accolades they get.

Very bad service they got me wrong order and I had to wait in the store for another 15 minutes I spoke to the manager over the phone and he was not helpful. Not even sorry for the mistake they did.
