Your pizzas just don't taste the same anymore. Dining in seems to be better. But take out it's just not the same.

A couple of times a year I have a hankering for some deep dish. This location never disappoints. Lou’s is the best deep dish out there. When it’s cold in January and we’re a little stewed out, deep dish it is!!!

Best pizza in Chicago! This spots pizza with the sauce on top is excellent. The gluten free pizza is also very good and I found it to be of an equal level to the gluten pizza. If you don't want a crust filled experience, their thin crust is also quite good. Highly recommend!

We’ve enjoyed this pizza forever. A few weeks ago, we ordered a deep dish pizza only to get it home and for sure thought it was just a bad night. It was half as thick as it usually was, and our $31 pizza was now $41. We ordered again tonight and shocked to see the same pizza we received last time. We always order extra tomatoes, crumbled sausage and mushroom. We ALWAYS need a fork to eat it. Not tonight. It was dry, thin, barely any cheese and could pick it up by the slice. If this is a new recipe, we will need to find another pizza because honestly, it was horrible! Bring back the old recipe or you might as well shut the doors for good!

They have the worst customer service. Lou hired these young people with no manners. It’s always a dread ordering food from this location. Unhappy miserable young staff. No proper greeting over the phone , nor in person.

The marinara sauce on my lasagne was incredibly delicious and the best I’ve ever had. The sauce had a little kick to it which made it so tasty. Yum! Yum! Yum!
I love Lou Malnati’s pizza. It’s great. But this particular location took my phone order for a pickup, I went there, they said they didn’t have a record of it. I showed them my record of the call on my phone to the number of this exact store to prove it was them they called and all they had to say is we can make you one it will just take 30 minutes. Again, great pizza, but that is just bad and even a worse way of handling after the fact.
Excellent. They were a little lite on the crumbled sausage this time.
