Wife and I had dinner here after dropping off our son at Northwestern. Chicken Wings appetizer was really good but the Brisket & Ribs were amazing. Will be a must stop for us over the next four years.

After coming across Pit & Tap on Google and being Intrigued by some of the creative dishes I saw on their menu I had to stop in.
I tried the smoked wings with Alabama sauce and the Knucklepunch with french fries.
The wings had a lightly smokey flavor to the skin and the meat maintained a nice juicyness. I thought these were highly enjoyable. I ordered them with the house special Alabama Sauce, but I have no idea what the sauce taste profile was, it was...

This was the best smokehouse I've been to in a long time... If not ever. They nail it on multiple levels. Service? Amazing. They paid attention to their guests without being overbearing. Food? Best flavors I've experienced. The brisket, chicken, and ribs were excellent. They took great care of my daughter who's in a wheelchair and paid attention to her.
