A great atmosphere. Great people watching. I’ve been twice for the steak (of course). A New York strip each time. The actually cooking of the steak was very good: well seasoned, very good crust and correct temperature. But something seemed a little bit less than ideal in terms of the choice of the cut/ meat itself. I’m definitely going to return.
We came to Sophia Steak for our anniversary and had a great server- Carol. She took care to help me with my dietary needs and made the meal so special. They gave us a little champagne toast and special anniversary menus. It was all the little touches that make it perfect. And then there’s the steak! Next level taste, quality and sides. We highly recommend!
