What I like about this place is that they make the pasta on sit, it's all fresh.Ordered the grill Halibut with pesto citrus over seafood linguine. The fish was seasoned well but little over done. The linguine was just right and the service is good. If you like pasta, I do recommend this place, hard to get good pasta around here and Chicago.

After a day of shopping, I was exhausted and didn’t feel like fixing dinner. I decided to try The Noodle cafe. I was dining alone and the staff made me feel very welcome. I ordered the Asian Sesame and Scallop salad. The seafood was grilled and served on a salad with rice noodles and a light peanut dressing. Delicious! If you’re dinning solo sometime, I’d recommend The Noodle Cafe.

I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this place. everytime I feel like having a decent lunch, this place comes right away to my mind. fresh and all sorts of food and a rich cuisine.trained team, and pleasant vibes. Not less important, the bill is modest. I sent my friends to this restaurant with pleasure.

I had high hopes for this place, they just didn’t live up to the expectations I had. The staff was extremely friendly, and the dining room is small and intimate. In nice weather they have outside dining. Let me preface my next comments with this: I come from an Italian household and I compare every Italian restaurant with my mom and grandmother’s home cooking, so few places rank 5 stars. The asparagus soup I had was very good. I could’ve had a huge bowl of that (and the garlic bread) and been happy. I had the penne with pesto sauce. Ehhhh, it really had no flavor. They get big props for homemade pasta however. I love that, but it was very tasteless and the pesto was bland. The dish could have used more garlic and seasoning. I also tried my friend’s penne with red sauce. It also could have used more seasoning. I do plan on going back to try something else just to see if I just picked the wrong combo of pasta and sauce.
