We had an absolutely wonderful time. Abran, from Brittany, Aka Minnesota was our wine, aperitif and cognac expert was so entertaining and fun. He was the dinner and the show! The food was excellent! We will be back soon.
The 12 course tasting menu amounted to the best meal my wife and I have ever eaten, bar none. Not in America, but everywhere we've been in the world. The creativity, the craft, the technique, the HEART in every course was apparent from the moment the first plate landed on our table. I've included 3 of the 4 desserts we had. In September of 2023, George Trois streamlined from an 8-10 course tasting menu to a 4 course prix fixe menu with wine pairings. We jumped a the chance to experience Chef Michael's higher end cuisine under less strenuous conditions, and were very pleased.
