We came in with family as home alone fans. As I'm sure you get alot. The worker was obviously annoyed and told us he wished people would disassociate this place from home alone. As a business, feels like you should capitalize on the fact that you are in this location and be supportive of fun tourists. He was rude and unwelcoming. Prob a good desert place but won't be back.

Terrible customer service! Please excuse the high school girls for overcharging you! You can employ adults for a fair wage, ...... if you charge $15 for a small shake! The owner is a punk! Getting rich off crappy shakes. Yes, my $15 shake had 2 whole scoops of ice cream!

Had the Black Raspberry Chip, was everything my friends hyped it up to be. Really hope that we can get more Chicagoland locations, but for now I'm willing to make the trip out here for my fix.

Nice place, the ice creams were really good. The servers were nice but the only thing I did not like is when I ask for a milkshake they did not ask me what kind of flavor I wanted it. Otherwise it is a good place for ice creams
We ate ice cream at multiple locations across Chicago and this one was an unexpected stop since we were touring locations from the filming of Home Alone... well, let me just say the ice cream is the BEST we've ever had... and we come from the land of Braum's, so that's saying a lot. The raspberry chip was my personal favorite, but our group tried multiple flavors and loved them ALL. We also tried iced coffee which was so-so - I'd recommend sticking to the ice cream. Go early and often!

It was sheer luck that we saw this place as we were driving by on our way home. Stopping there was the best thing we did all day. The tables were clean and nicely spaced. The staff was courteous, professional and ready to give out samples when I could not decide on the many flavors. The ice cream was rich and fresh and fairly priced for a double scoop.I’m happy to see there is a closer location for me in Northbrook because I’m going back.

Been here several times. The flavors are great. My only complaint is that I find the actual ice cream a bit grainy. But that just be me. The service is great and it's priced appropriately. The park in front is a great place to hang out and enjoy your treat.

The ice cream here is great. The customer service here is a whole other story, the person taking my order was very nice. However, the manager who was checking me out was downright rude. The manager was snapping at me to give them my money to pay, and yelled at me because I didn’t grab my order quick enough. The customer service at the Northbrook location is much better.
