A good place to hop in for coffee or a salad. We tried a croissant sandwich, which was great. A great coffee shop / bistro on Green Bay Road, in Winnetka’s Hubbard Woods district. It’s a great location, close to the train station and also has decent street parking (free but not always easy to find a spot). I haven’t tried their food yet but would definitely like to based on others’ pictures and opinion. The coffee is good (I had my usual latte), but not outstanding. Modern and clean with a Holiday theme of Home Alone(!) - plus the food was very good. Had one of the breakfast sandwiches, all ingredients tasted carefully prepared and selected, and the service was wonderful. They get bonus points for leaning into the Home Alone heritage of the city. Would definitely return.
