One of the best thin crust margarita pizza's I have ever had. Best pizza in the North Shore that I have found.

We ordered pizza from here tonight on a whim and it's so good! It's legit proper Italian pizza! Chewy dough! Tasty toppings! 1000/10

The customer service has gone downhill in a big way. They are not reliable and act as though it is your issue when their mistakes happen. This had once been our 'go-to' place for pizza after hockey. We took a break for a while because we became a fan of Minos and their tiny pepperoni on their pizza. For years we timed Grateful perfectly and would order online early in the afternoon because we know they get busy, but..... Today, we ordered three pizzas and a hummus for pick up at 6:30. Got there right on time. Told it would be just a minute from the girl behind the counter. Even got a text msg a couple minutes later that the order was ready.... Fast forward to 7:00.... "Hey, any update on my order, it's 1/2 hour late" pause while they check... "sorry, that order was never put in the oven. We will throw it in now, be ready in about 8 minutes" Ok, I get it, sometimes stuff happens, BUT not offering any sort of explanation for me standing here for the last 40 minutes and just a simple "sorry" as I walked out the door left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Super bizarre experience. The pizza is good, just think the bedside manner could have been handled in a way that would have maybe softened the 40 minutes of standing there fielding calls from my hungry kids that their food wasn't ready yet. Maybe offer an app and a drink while I waited, something. Instead I felt like we were inconveniencing them by politely following up on our late order.

I am obsessed with the arugula pizza. Something I would have never ordered, but a friend had at their event and I fell in love. I can eat a whole one myself is the problem.

Canceled our order without explanation, and did not offer a solution - bad customer service

Best pizza around - Feed Your Head and the Sausage & Giardiniera are my favorites, but I’ve had them all and you can’t go wrong. Don’t sleep on the Market Burrata starter or the take home jars of Giardiniera….so

Light crust. Great balance of dough and crispy. One of the best pizza I’ve had in awhile.

I am changing my review to 2 stars after repeated poor service. The food remains tasty. I think the arugula salad is terrific as well as the pizza. Here is an example of my recent service experience. I tried to order online. After submitting the order it was rejected. I input everything again with the same result. I had to call in the order. 15" process. When I arrived at the restaurant I was told the website was turned off. I think if they turn it off, it should say as much and not lead me on. Already frustrated I was told the order would be ready early, in "a few minutes." 15" later I was told it would be 10" longer. They could see I was frustrated with the website issue and then again with being misinformed about the wait. Was there an apology or an offer to comp something? No. I got home and the order was wrong. I'm sorely disappointed.

Great pizza, maybe the best in the area. But they really need to figure out logistics. They always seem to need several hours' lead time on preparing a pizza. If you call them at 4:30 pm, good luck getting something before 7:00. Seems like they need to expand to get more oven space. I'd eat there more often, but I'm not always thinking about dinner at 1:00 in the afternoon and most of the time I call, it's too long of a wait before anything can be ready.

We ordered takeaway from here while visiting family. The hot honey pepperoni pizza was addictively good, the roasted veggie was also tasty as was the sausage. We threw in a salad with dried cranberries that perfectly rounded out the meal. It is traditional wood oven pizza with “toasty” crust, just to be aware. I love that style pizza. Worth a visit!

Had great wood fired pizza and white bean hummus - it was very good. The hummus very flavorful and the serving size was generous. Both the pizza and the bread that accompanied the hummus were cooked so that they were crispy without being in the completely charred side. Service was friendly the minute we walked in the door.

5 stars for everything except for the part where there are no bass guitars on the wall (the little one you have doesn't count :p) As a bass player this was kinda offensive. All jokes aside all good people here. I pick up from here frequently for you guys. God bless ?

The Feed Your Head and peach/chorizo/scallion pizza were both really tasty - oddly they were even better cold than fresh! The crust is really delicious and light. The arugula salad was also pretty good - basic but tasty. Prices were really steep though so I don't think we'd go back often.

Very nice spot. We walked here with the hopes of sitting down. There are seats, but this is really a takeout place. Pizza was delicious. We had a margherita and added peppery. Such a fantastic choice. Pepperoni were crispy on the outside and the crust was chewy and really good. Caesar salad was decent; romaine was fresh and crispy. There was a steady stream of people coming in. Order ahead and pick up. We're definitely going back!
