I ordered a big mac menu (medium, diet coke) and a plain burger for my dog, picked it up and drove back to the office. Taste and texture as always McD-style, the same. One short-coming of this location is the lack of drive-through and one-ways around this location. Plenty of parking and staff was polite and curteous. But, drive-through might be even more efficient.

Terrible service. On August 1st around 7:20 PM, I waited way too long while staff stood around ignoring me. Finally got a vanilla cone that was half the usual size. When I pointed it out, the employee was rude and told me to go to another location if I didn’t like it. No apology, just turned her back. Never coming back here.

I had the occasion to visit this location in Winnetka, IL off Tower Road. I usually stop there at least once a month. On this particular day the cashier was new. No disrespect, but if an individual does speak English, there is no way he/she should be working the register. I had to repeat myself 3-4 times. Then he gave me too much change back. The cashier next him to provide some assistance.
McDonald's needs to provide language classes before or after work. Not speaking the correct language for the environment is not good
