Hit up Spirit Elephant in Winnetka last night for my 297th birthday, and the appetizer menu is where the magic happens. The cauliflower wings? Swell as always, even if a newfound mango allergy forced me to betray my beloved mango chili sauce. The BBQ and garlic Parmesan stepped up admirably as understudies. Tonight was my third time and every experience has been a 10/10! The menu is inspired and tastes so delicious, whether you are plant-based or not! The cocktails are fun and the staff are incredible.

We had such a great experience here for my cousin's birthday brunch! The service was warm and friendly, and the food was outstanding. The Loaded Breakfast Skillet was a favorite, the avocado toast was super fresh and so flavorful, and the cauli-wings wings were next-level good. Loved the gluten-free options too. And the warm cookie skillet was the perfect birthday treat!
