This place is usually good when I arrive to pick up my order. Ordered my emergency free pizza and on the app said it was ready. I show up they don't have it ready. The manager asked who made this pizza apparently never looked at the receipt from online order. Took 8 mins to have my pizza ready since they made it right when I got their. It's a 3 star since it was my free emergency pizza. If not it would be a 1 star. They had 6 people working and 2 more delivery drivers so total...read full review
Recieved great customer service at Wood Dale Domino's. These guys are not only efficient but went above and beyond in helping us fix the order. We ordered through the app and the "special instructions" portion was missing. Several of us have dietary restrictions. Store phones were down so we couldn't fix the order over the phone. The team re-made our order and even helped us navigate the app.Thank you for your wonderful service.
