“We tried this after watching Phil Goode’s review on their smash burger- we tried the burger, pork belly bites and the traditional wings with Jerk sauce and also XXX-Hot.
The smash burger was absolutely fantastic. Fries that came with it are seasoned but we think they would be so much better fresh cut. Pork belly also fantastic and melts in your mouth- The wings themselves we thought were a tad dry and overdone BUT were very flavorful. The Jerk sauce was very good. The XXX - hot has outstanding flavor but if you truly like spicy food it is not hot but again the flavor of this sauce is top notch. Staff was exceptional.We will definitely be back!“

The manager took my call and commiserated with me a bit and suggested that I place my order directly with them via their website. Since I am just across the parking lot and can't leave my location (I was running out of time for my lunch), he graciously offered to run my order to me personally. JC showed up a matter of minutes later with my extremely tasty food and a smile!. I love their Lobster Bisque soup and mine was still nice and hot. Bonus... While on the website, I registered for the Cafe Zupas loyalty program and got a Free beverage! And, even though I have a discount on GH from my Amazon Prime account, my bill was nearly $8 cheaper! Overall, my experience today with Cafe Zupas Schaumburg has been stellar and I'll be ordering from them (directly, no more GrubHub) frequently and encouraging my coworkers and clients to do the same. The staff is always friendly. I usually use the drive thru and it's very quick. The inside is clean and every employee goes out of their way to be helpful. Their prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous.“
