Charred Fork is a really unique halal BBQ restaurant with a good atmosphere and interesting menu. It is considered a must-try spot for delicious food and a solid zabiha option. The rotisserie chicken is hands down the juiciest, most tender, and the highlight for many. The brisket is also good, with some calling it the best in Chicago, though others note it is okay. The brisket sandwich, chicken sandwich, wings, mac and cheese, fries, and banana pudding are all delicious. The fries have great seasoning. Portions are generous, and prices are reasonable. Service is fast, friendly, helpful, and on point. Some feedback notes the sides could be larger and that the mocktails, like the spicy mint or strawberry lemonade, can be too sour, salty, or not to taste. Overall, it provides a great dining experience.
