Had the wonderful opportunity to meet Yusef, the store manager who was so kind and patient amid a very busy and long line. He did such a great job staying calm being the only person working! It was a pleasure to meet him �
Stopped in on one of the REALLY hot days, so the store was very busy and short staffed. Sheikh Amjad and his co worker (sorry I don’t know his name) were very gracious as they handled the long line and incoming mobile orders. The Dubai creation was very tasty, so good I forgot to take a picture!
I just can’t begin to express the happiness both the staff and ice cream gave me on Monday. After a hard night shift, I went home to sleep but was barely able to get any shut-eye. So, as you do, I went to Coldstone and was greeted by an amazing associate named Yaqub. He guided me through my order and gave great menu advice. Will be back in soon! **Management made a good choice on this hire**
