My kids had never been to Coldstone and we were gifted a card. I grew up on it so was excited to try it again.The workers were so friendly...and they were highschool students. The young lady (Saniyah) told us she had been there a couple of years...offered samples, took her time with us. Was outgoing, kind, made eye contact. I had placed an order for the first time on the cold Stone app. The deliverer only gave us one of the items of the two that we ordered. The driver delivered our order 3 minutes after the store front closed so we couldn’t get it.The next day, I explained this to the associate at the store, named Darren, and he was SO sweet, and jumped to making the replacement order for us. While he made it he was not only personable to me, but the other customers in the store.I may never use...read full review
