Had another great experience last night. Perfectly cooked pepperoni pizza that arrived hot! Also ordered their cinnamon sticks for the first time. They are awesome and the order size was huge.
This review is for the anniversary special that they just offered. Went to the Woodridge location after ordering ahead online. There was 15 people standing outside. There was no distinction between people in line to pick up or order. I understand that it was a very hectic situation because of the promotion but things could’ve been planned out a little better. I will say Woodridge was better for the promotion. I could not even get on the Bolingbrook website to order and the Romeoville...
I’d gone on the day you were having a special for a 14 inch pizza for $3.50. So naturally id ordered ahead expecting it was going to be crazy. It was. A line of 50+ people outside. While i did not receive my order at the time of requested pick up, the staff inside remained professional at all times while dealing with A LOT of unruly customers who apparently thought they’d just walk in/out just because they had a reserved time. Kudos to the staff at the Woodridge, Illinois...
