“WILLIAM!!!! Best coffee I've ever had from here ever all of my friends have said he's made their coffees the best as well and I never got to experience it till today. He was nice over the speaker when I told him I had a mobile order he seemed more upbeat than what the other workers have sounded like before and I was greeted by him w a nice big smile. I got an iced coffee with caramel and oatmilk and he put his heart and SOUL into that coffee. My day has never been better thanks to William!!!!!“

“I placed a large order for an early morning staff meeting, and I was thrilled how well Joe took care of my order, down to small details such as a bag for each staff members with their name and names on the drinks! I have to add, all the lids were securely placed on the drinks! 2 coffee cups fell out of their cup holder on a turn in the car and they did not pop open!! Nothing short of a miracle! Thanks Yorkville Dunkin team for making my staff meeting breakfast super easy and yummy!!“

“Stopped in a Saturday morning for donuts. There were a few groups in front of us but the line moved quickly. It is a small shop inside so don't be alarmed if the line is out the door. An employee was talking to people in the line and had a roll of donut stickers for the kids which my kids were all about. We got yeast and cake donuts and the sour cream donut. They were all very good. They have your basics (glazed, chocolate with sprinkles, etc) plus a they have flavor of the month donuts as well. All the donuts tasted good and fresh. Far superior to any donut chain store.“

“Surprisingly this is the best DD I have ever been to. The cashier was very polite and the sausage egg and cheese croissant was made perfectly with all part’s equally nice and hot. But one thing that surely stood out to me was the actual size of the croissant.. it was huge and fresh. When I usually get these, the croissants are always the same size, not that big at all and either the cheese the patty will be warm or cold and not hot. This was the best croissant sandwich I have gotten from DD. I also got a chocolate long john which I asked before I bought “is it fresh and soft?” She gave me a confident yes and i ordered 1. It was indeed very fresh. I was very pleased with my quick visit while moving through the area. Will be back when I’m in the area again. Thank you“

“This Dunkin Donuts really impressed me. Coffee fresh, fast prep and super clean building. The staff was friendly with my Mobile order and nailed my coffee with Dunkin cream and sugar. Tried the Holiday Pumpkin Spiced Munchkins and boy were these donut holes tasty and delicious. Will definitely return to this Dunkin location when in the area.“

“I never used to drink coffee but I became addicted to their Large Iced French Vanilla with 6 cream and 6 liquid sugar. LOVE LOVE LOVE DUNKIN!!!! Now, there are some stores Ive been too that they need to find different employees because they are young, rude, immature and just have no business working with customers“

“This is THE location! Their crew has always treated me and family like gold! Drinks are always made, fresh, right, and quick. I had to ask one day...some of the names of the folks that made our experiences so great..Quiana, Layla, Suzette....these are some of the stars. I don't know everyone's name but some others have been great too! Thanks for helping us have a Dunkin we could trust for quality, everytime!“

“My original review of this location was one star for piss poor management and a very immature lockeroom mentality style general manger who employed people who barely could do their job or had TERRIBLE attitudes. Well since then the store has really come around. I dont know if the same general manager is still employed there but if so then he should be credited for the major overhaul. The staff (atleast from what ive seen) is much more upbeat and dare i say cheerful even. Orders are getting screwed up FAR LESS then previously, and theres even an acquaintance of mine that works there now who i know for a fact always does there best job. Scooters plano is still a much better coffee destination, but if im closer to dunkin in my travels then i wont make it my mission to stay away anymore like in the past“
